FUEL SURCHARGE PROGRAM:
Fuel surcharge applies to all miles
LONGEVITY PAY:
Paid an additional one cent ($0.01) per mile after 4 consecutive years of service.
HAZ-MAT SURCHARGE:
Paid an additional five cents ($0.05) per mile on all loaded miles.
NEW YORK CITY:
$100
LAYOVER PAY:
Paid at $40 upon completion of 24 hour period (not applicable if unavailable or lack of hours unders FMSCR
UNLOADING/LOADING:
$30 per hour
DETENTION PAY:
$30 per hour after the first two hours of detention provided that with respect to any 24 hour period Contractor shall be paid only for the remaining number of driving or on-duty hours available to Contractor and only up to a maximum of $250.
CARTAGE PAY:
$30 per hour
STOP PAY:
$30 for additional stops
REIMBURSEMENTS AND DIRECT PAYMENTS:
